This website is a knowledge bank providing information that inspires and supports hospitals, local and regional authorities, and other parties in a structured manner in their pursuit of improved accessibility.

Hospitals attract large volumes of traffic, exacerbated by increases in scale and concentration of facilities. Due in part to increased car mobility, good accessibility to hospitals is being put under considerable strain. Accessibility issues can only be prevented and resolved with the joint efforts of all parties involved. This generates benefits for the hospital as well as patients, visitors, employees and the surrounding neighbourhood.
